Notes: Once the neighborhood eyesore, now refinished redwood, cedar and wormwood elevate this organic modern midcentury home with a dramatic early 70s era second story addition in Del Monte Estates. The wraparound balcony was restored by Modern Building and Design from a shut-in state. We’d not be surprised to hear that this home is a Ralph Haver design, as it compares nicely to many of his other homes in the area. Guesses on either architect are welcome!
