The Ramiro Shanahan Residence Built in 1961 with casita addition in 1969, this home was acquired in 2005. The ceiling features weight-supporting beams and original soundproofing material. Cabinetry was refinished with original hardware. Pool is surrounded by hand-etched Kool-Deck. Extensive re-landscape will begin in 2006 upon City of Phoenix approval of contemporary backyard carport. Joe and Roxannne have furnished the home with modern toddler styling, including easy-wipe sofas and Step-and-Play Piano. Watch your step, as stray crayons and stuffed animals tend to make their way into trafficked areas! The ceiling material, fibrous and woven, was a feature that caused a buzz among tourgoers. |
