A week of tours, talks, fashion, film and fun!Our 8th Annual home tour will be held in the Marion Estates neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Paradise Valley. This hilly enclave of custom homes was built out from 1952 - 1962 and features hidden gems by architects Ralph Haver, Blaine Drake and Al Beadle alongside contemporary remodels by Tennen Studio and Woolsey Studio.

8th Annual Modern Phoenix Home Tour Sunday April 1
A dozen midcentury and contemporary homes in Marion Estates and nearby neighborhoods will be open for touring from 1 to 6 pm. Vintage cars will be on display at most locations.
Members only purchase at 480-499-TKTS [8587] during box office hours: Mon. - Sat. 10 am - 5 pm, Sun. 12 - 5 pm

11 am -5:30 pm at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing ArtsOur bustling Modern Marketplace on the light-flooded floor of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts atrium is the ideal venue to find new products or services related to Modernism, architecture, interior design, literature and home renovation. Vintage fashion, jewelry, furniture, lighting and accessory dealers are encouraged to exhibit. Contemporary interior designers, landscapers, furniture designers, green builders and architects are also welcome to apply. Contact alison@modernphoenix.net to register as an exhibitor.
