12th Annual Home Tour

This year's tour spotlights the diverse neighborhoods of Uptown Phoenix. In classic Modern Phoenix tour tradition a broad spectrum of modern lifestyles, price points, architects and aesthetics will be featured. Highlights include the Haver Homes of Marlen Grove and Northwood, condos by Laszlo Sandor, garden apartments by Charles Polacek, plus four spectacularly restored homes custom homes by Fred Guirey, FAIA, Bennie Gonzales, FAIA, Frank Martin and Mel Ensign. The tour is park-and-walk spanning several different neighborhoods with some homes clustered within walking distance of each other. Check-in to receive your map on tour day at Southwest Gardener at the Newton on Camelback and 3rd Avenue. Terms and conditions apply.
