Notes: The most notable features of this home are the great siting, east-facing wall of windows, the three outdoor patios and native stone hearth at the heart of the home. Almost all of the parquet floors are original. Many of the doorknobs, faucets, and appliances are also original to the home. The kitchen is next in line for a remodel by its new "weekend warrior" homeowners. The xeriscape was installed the week of the tour!
