Notes: This home was purchased in 2007 in pretty original shape. The focus of the remodel so far has been on the public spaces. Exterior sandblasting returned the cinderblock to a more honest state. The concrete floors were polished and sealed by Diamondback Decking. This is the third remodel by JoBuilt Construction to be shown on a Modern Phoenix tour.
