This is a garden-only tour, so feel free to roam anywhere outside. This home is sited on a rare and pivotal corner lot. The archetypical covered carport has been repurposed as a courtyard entryway, with parking on parallel concrete rails instead. Follow through the garden gate to see the rest of this modest urban refuge. The whimsical lap pool with playground equipment fountains cannot be missed!
