Hillcrest in Moon Valley | 1969

By Haver, Nunn and Jensen for Del Trailor Gold Key Homes

Hillcrest by Haver and Nunn for Dell TrailorThis neighborhood is a close cousin to other earlier Del Trailor developments such as Golden Keys, Villa Adrian and Villa D'Este. It represents the changing tastes and lock-n-leave lifestyle that Trailor became famous for as his infill developments continued to thrive through the early 1970s. As typical with these neighborhoods, Hillcrest features dramatic modern lanterns and even a modern sculpture in the common area. So many thanks to Cindy Kerr for providing a scan of the vintage marketing brochure, which confirms the complex's provenance.Hillcrest by Haver and Nunn for Dell TrailorHillcrest by Haver and Nunn for Dell TrailorHillcrest by Haver and Nunn for Dell TrailorHillcrest by Haver and Nunn for Dell TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del TrailorHillcrest development designed by Haver, Nunn and Jenson for Del Trailor Photos ©2016 Modern Phoenix LLC
