Did my mom accidentally buy a Haver??

Hi, I'm kind of a newbie, only recently started learning about Beadle and Haver on this Web site. But I have two questions, because my mom bought a fixer upper down in Sierra Vista, and I just saw it today, and it sure looks like a Haver to my newbie eyes. So, my apologies if these are stupid questions... I'm still learning!!:
1) Is it possible there are Haver homes in southern Arizona?
2) Are there any specific things (a checklist of sorts) to help one know whether something is a Haver?
Any help appreciated! I want to make sure my mom knows if she has stumbled onto such a gem -- and this way I can lecture her about what she can/cannot do in the renovation process!

I have not heard of any Haver homes in Tucson/Sierra Vista but check this link out! Maybe it is a Cliff May or something!

Any chance you can post a photo?

Can you scan through the neighborhoods section of our site and point to a photo that looks the most like your mom's style?

There is no definitive checklist but wouldn't it be cool for us to someday have a taxonomical flowchart to help identify Haver homes?

My guess is that it is not a Haver. Looks more like an Allied like those ones out in Scottsdale. Are there others near it? Maybe it is a custom home. The Allieds out in Scottsdale are in stylistically mixed neighborhoods. Perhaps if your Mom's place has a similar mix of styles around it that would place it as an Allied.

It is rumored that there are a few Cliff May homes in Tuscon. Cliff may homes are very similar to Haver.
