Haver Home Needs Roommates

A friend and I are happily moving into a gorgeous rental Haver home near 42nd Street and Indian School Road on Feb. 1, but we're still looking to fill one room with another Haver-loving roommie. This might be a long shot, but since we all share a common thread, I thought someone at modernphoenix might be a good connection. Thanks!

How much for the room? Does it have its own bathroom? I have a friend who just got a job here in Phoenix, and he will be moving out in Feb. barring anything weird happening...I'm not sure if he's looking for roommates but I could at least run it by him.
