Very upsetting to see that the twins conveniently "edited" the "self-promotion" section on their original reply to Shawn...all that “stuff” about exclusive certificates issued to only a few hundreds and degrees from super exclusive Real Estate Schools and one of the sister's college degree from ASU (next time you girls delete a full paragraph from your messages make sure that you edited correctly...there is still an extra space in btw the paragraphs). As the twins say, to each its own, and it looks that honesty is not one of their fortes. On top of that, they have the courage to reply to my thread saying that they mentioned nothing about certificates...calling me a lier, nahh!. I hope your ethics in biz are not as the ones you uphold in this forum. So sad. So unprofessional.

And I still think that disclosing your ex-customers points of view and concerns in an open forum like this is extremely un-ethical.

Its nice to see that this thread hasn't been deleted yet and the "community" now seems mature enough to air differing opinions on a particular subject. It wasn't so long ago that I managed to stir the pot when I "called out" a group of investors who were flipping the haver next door to us - the thread was soon deleted as things became heated. Regardless, kudos to the twins for taking the position that they have with regards to the Windemere property. It seems that Shawn has a little animosity towards the twins, understandable I guess when they seem to be selling everything in his backyard from under him. As for the owner of the property, go for it buddy. You are entilted to ask a million for it - your home is your castle!!!!

The main reason why this thread hasn't been pulled is that everyone has identified themselves clearly and no potshots have been made under anonymous names or suspected duplicates like last year's deletion was. So thanks to all of you for steppingup and representing your opinion.

I have no tolerance for trolls. But I am perfectly happy to let real members debate issues with the lights on -- they're the ones who who will have to live with our impressions.

Just don't post anything you'll regret in the morning....

Wow!!! I leave for an hour or two and it even gets better This is really fun. I don't know DG or Shawn or some of the other people on the board but I do know the Twins.

I am very proud of my professional accomplishments and I judge realtors very hard.

I will sell almost 200 homes this year myself and I have NEVER been fired by a client. I also manage 150 agents out of my 4 office locations in Maricopa, Ahwatukee, Mesa, and Pine Top and close as the designated broker and one of the owners of Long Realty-Alliance about 100 transactions a month. This is not a promotion just a statement as to how serious I take this business. I don't ever expect to get business from this board because the twins are on it. As a matter of fact they know more than I do in this market so my reccomendation is to use them at all costs for the sale of your modern home. The way I rate a realtor is if I would hire them. I would hire the twins. PERIOD.


I have looked at the posts by the twins and I see no violation of our code of ethics or a violation in her duties as a dual agent. Yes, they are still dual agents even after the listing is cancelled.

I think the reason I keep adding to thread is because of my commitment to the real estate profession. I do as a professional have concerns about the seller of the Haver house. From what I understand from the Twins and from others here is he is a wonderful guy. I just hope he has a lot of time and does not care if he ever sells his house.
