My landlord said it's a Beadle...but...

I can't find any information anywhere about the building. He passed away recently. The address is 5115 N 12th Street, on the corner of Medlock. It is a 12-unit apartment building. I've been told a lot of history about the place, but am now doubting all of it because I can't find ANYTHING.

Hi Amy. I can't find anything in all my Beadle imagery, published and unpublished, to substantiate this history. However it doesn't mean that its not supercute and would be more so with some TLC. There are so many neat garden apartment complexes around 12th street. Do you know the complex's original name? Then I can look out for it in advertising.

I took that photo a couple years ago when I was still in Phoenix.
the Beadle family told me it was a Beadle design

I love the apartments across the street to the south from that place too.


I am not sure how many Beadle designs I still have lurking on my hard drive that did not make it to the Beadle Archive.

Yes, this building is a Beadle. (I am Al's daughter.) I hope it never is distroyed, so many of his building have been lost already.

I live close to this complex. The former owner was a friend of a friend and always talked about it being a beadle. The roof line looks like it may have been added later?
