5210 N. Central

Can anybody confirm that 5210 N. Central is the work of Al Beadle? I've admired it for years, but never heard that it was Beadle's handiwork until today...

It's not on the archive site, but is in the (rare as hen's teeth, or is that hens' teeth?) "Constructions" book.
