Beadle on 15th Ave?

Does anyone know anything about the Triad style Beadle on 15th Ave just south of Cambell? It looks very similar to the Triad but looks to be one unit maybe two. Can anyone confirm it's a Beadle?

According to my resources, it is not a Beadle design. I should have the name of the architect within a few days, and I will post whatever else I can find out.

It sure has some Beadle lines to it though.

Here is the information that I have at this point:

It was designed by a student who worked for Al Beadle. His first name was possibly George, and we do not know a last name. This George is also purported to have designed an apartment complex on 12th Street south of Glendale.

I always referred to that place as "The Dual Duads" or "Four Triads Divided By Three".

Is this home on the left as you come up 15th, just over the canal b4 Campbell? If so... What happened, it looks like it has gone down hill since Shawn posted on it.
