This particular house seems pretty clean, in the sense that the structure has not been overly modified, keeping its Haver-ness nearly intact. It does face out toward McDowell and that’s probably not its best trait, since it will likely see a bit more traffic than we see on the other streets just north.
You could be the anchor that turns that street around, and together we can, as Alex has suggested, move the entire neighborhood in a more positive direction.
As for the price? I can’t begin to understand what drives the real estate market. Some sort of insanity along with voodoo and maybe a twist of hijinks.
