This Beadle is right behind mine. Its a shame what the people did to it. It has potential, but 300K, I don't know.

Its hard to tell what they did from the picture Shawn. I was thinking of looking at it. I see that it needs lots of work from the front. What else is going on with this one?

Just an update... The Beadle in Paradise Gardens is Pending already!

All I have to say is that the housing market is out of control! Good luck to the person who buys that home. I'm glad I bought when I did.
