on a more positive note, between these two and me, there's a house that just came on the market, no fliers in the bin, and i can't find an MLS listing for it. you can access our street from 40th street (AND OUR BRAND NEW TWO LANE 41ST STREET), so you theoretically would never have to drive by these two hideosities (isn't that a great new word?) if anyone has any info on that rather nice UNMOLESTED haver, please post!
