Is it a Haver?

I have purchased a home on 16th place and Rovey. (about 16th street and Bethany Home) I know some of the homes in the area are Havers but my neighborhood is northeast of them. Everything about the home and floorplan says its a Haver, but I can't confirm it. Does anyone out there know?
