This just in from Annette Nequette with MAPP in Tucson ~ nequette@U.ARIZONA.EDU

I hope that you saw the article in the Tucson Citizen, Arizona Daily Star, or Downtown Tucsonan about the adaptive reuse of the building at 149 North Stone. I sent a press release to the Citizen and Star. Citzen Reporter Teya Vitu did a great job writing the article. Star Reporter Tom Beal wrote the article for his paper, and I pared the two-page press release down to 350 words for the DT! Thanks to Anne-Marie Russell for suggesting this as a positive way of getting Modern Architecture Preservation Project (MAPP) and adaptive reuse of modern architecture in the minds of Tucsonans. I am glad I had the time to do it. Here is a link: http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/daily/frontpage/59751.php
