A bit out of the area, but with soooo many property owners (leasers) from The Valley, Rocky Point has a few mod looking beach homes amongst Mexican Riviera-Tuscan style concrete creations. Thought you all might enjoy.

Wow Hector this home is great. I have never gotten the chance to visit Rocky Point. When I do finally make it there I will keep an eye out for the mod gems. Can you rent this place out do you know? It make a great vacation rental.

Unfortunately the home is not a rental. The clients do not wish to list it at this time. We do have another one in the planning stages that will be a modern home open to rental in rocky point but the timeline is quite a few years out. The home is located in the las conchas development in rock point. In section 3 just beyond the CEDO school of marine biology.

The Clifton property is on the party beach and is the first new development along there. With the soft real estate market in RP-- my guess is that the units are going for less than the asking prices. For beachfront RP, those asking prices are pretty low... If anyone is in thinking about beachfront mexican property, this might be a good opportunity....

Isn't it still a trust when you "buy" w' in a certain distance of the coast or the border? A 99 year lease? Not real "ownership", please corect me if I'm wrong...

i will clarify what I can but I am not an expert at this... Foreign ownership is via a land-lease using bank trust documents. i believe the bank trusts are 50 year with perpetual renewability (made up word).
