What about...

Stuccofied - when a structure gets slathered with "stucco" because, the owner was too lazy or cheap or ignorant to do anything else to update and improve aesthetics, insulation or construction integrity of an original structure. Especially annoying and unnessary when applied over orignial block that does have integral color and textural appeal.

This one is inspired by the expression "The Full Cleveland." From the Urban Dictionary:

Full Cleveland: Any male outfit that includes both a white patent leather (or plastic) belt, and matching white shoes.

I submit for your approval "The Full MoPho."

Which is, of course, sandblasted concrete block, metal fascia, xeriscape, hesperaloes or (better yet) agaves planted in a grid, maybe a beadle-block screen, and, of course of course, gabions.

Usage: "Found a great house in Paradise Gardens and gave it the Full MoPho."

Cynically, I agree but I also think these materials reflect our time and values well so I accept them as inevitable forms. It's complicated. But definitely there are a few out there that deserve this term

Tuscanizing: the bane of warm climate architecture. Nice thought usually, but just looks so fake in most cases.
