New patio chair fabric

I just picked up some patio chairs, but the fabric is pretty faded. Does anyone know someplace I can get the fabric replaced?

Great Loungers! I know Tempe Sales on Broadway just West of Mill has the "Sling" Fabric for those. They would also know who could do the labor if you were not going to do it yourself.
