Hello my name is Austin Trautman and I would like to introduce Vali Homes. We are in a transition into new residential home development centered around modernist style, sustainability, quality construction and affordability.
We are dedicated to bringing back the quality, passion and livability that once drove residential construction in the Valley of the Sun. We are working with a great local architect and builder to design a variety of homes for sustainable new construction. This design is targeted to compliment the historic charm and friendly neighborhood feel of our downtown historic neighborhoods. Our design focuses on architectural significance, high quality construction, environmental sensitivity and the health of our buyers and neighborhoods.
We will be building on the many vacant infill lots around our valley. Building high quality and architectural homes on these lots is very important for the future of our city and neighborhoods. These homes must be respectful of the past while looking forward to the future. They must be homes that the neighbors and neighborhoods are happy to see built.

The estimated utility bills are about half of a typical new construction home due to air tight construction, 3 times the insulation, orientation for proper interaction with the sun, efficient air conditioning and heating, appliances and lighting. Our homes also feature desert appropriate landscaping and low flow water fixtures. Since we only design and build in the desert we build for our specific climate and lifestyles, not a one size fits all design to be used around the country. We are aiming to have our first residential homes built in approximately 6 months with many more to follow after. We also have custom and semi custom build options at a price point that you might not expect with more reasonable build times than you might expect.
